Shipping Policy – SSK Pharmacy
1. Delivery Areas We deliver across Kalyan - Dombivali. Delivery is available to most pin codes. To check if we deliver to your area, please enter your pin code at checkout. Certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 1–2 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- Flat shipping fee of ₹49 on orders below ₹499
- Express delivery charges may apply (shown at checkout)
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next business day
- Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays
5. Prescription Medicines
- Prescription-required medicines will be dispatched only after successful verification of the uploaded prescription
- Verification may take 2–4 additional hours
6. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking details. You can also track your order from the "Track My Order" section on our website.
7. Delays & Exceptions SSK Pharmacy is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, public holidays, strikes, or courier partner issues. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [your email] or via our Contact page. We will resolve the issue promptly.
