Return & Refund Policy – SSK Pharmacy
1. Return Eligibility We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product received
- Expired product delivered
We do not accept returns for:
- Prescription medicines (once dispensed)
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Cold-chain / refrigerated medicines
2. Timeframe for Returns All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

- Share your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI
5. Exchange In case of wrong or damaged products, we offer a free replacement as an alternative to a refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Prescription medicines
- Baby food & nutrition products
- Personal care & hygiene products (once opened)
- Surgical items
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
