Return & Refund Policy – SSK Pharmacy

1. Return Eligibility We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Expired product delivered

We do not accept returns for:

  • Prescription medicines (once dispensed)
  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Cold-chain / refrigerated medicines

2. Timeframe for Returns All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

  • Share your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI

5. Exchange In case of wrong or damaged products, we offer a free replacement as an alternative to a refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Prescription medicines
  • Baby food & nutrition products
  • Personal care & hygiene products (once opened)
  • Surgical items

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
